Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is Buchman suitable for non religious
Jews?
A: Buchman has a mixture of both religious and secular residents.
This is what is so special, the respect that everyone has for
each other, a true melting pot of Jewry from all over the world
living together with respect and dignity. This is one of the reasons
why many orthodox Jews from Ramat Beit Shemesh for example are
moving to Buchman, wanting to live within a large religious
community catering for their needs, but to also enjoy the advantages
of living in a mixed community of both orthodox, less
religious and secular residents respecting each others
needs.
Q: Is there a grocery store in Buchman?
A: There is only one grocery store at the moment which is located in
Yisachar Street. Most residents go to the major shopping centres
that are within @ five to ten minutes drive from Buchman.

situated on the corner of Rivka Imeinu Street where it meets Sara
Imeinu Street.
