Future Of Buchman 

Buchman is the most luxurious and sort after neighbourhood in Modiin. With the opening of the train Station and the Azrielli shopping mall, Buchman is now only a few  minutes drive from these facilities. North Buchman is now built but still its parks and amenities are being developed and roads are being resurfaced. South Buchman still has a long way to go before it ceases to become a building site as can be seen in the recent pictures on this page taken in August 2008. Buchman is gradually changing from a beautiful and unique neighbourhood to an amazing one. This will surely mean that once the world economics improve prices for Buchman real estate will again increase greatly. Buchman will be split into two neighbourhoods, North Buchman will become HaShvatim and South Buchman will be named Moriah.

 

What's Next

Buchman is developing at a tremendous rate. Every day you can see changes taking place. Suddenly projects are finished and residents move in, sand and stone become beautiful homes and green parks. Buchman will continue to have a mixed community of religious and secular. Both are continuing to buy Buchman properties. Real estate prices have dropped recently but will almost certainly increase in the future. Many more parks will be completed, new schools, shuls, a mikva and shopping centres are all in the planning.  The young Buchman youth are growing up and will soon influence the future of this delightful neighbourhood.

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Wednesday 11/11/08  Modiin residents voted Haim Bibas as their new mayor. I hope that he will take good care of our remarkable city and continue to develop and improve Buchman in every way possible so that this unique neighbourhood of Modiin will continue to develop and enchant its residents and visitors.
